More on episode 1

Seeing myself on TV was a real eye-opener. I saw myself in a completely new light. I realized that there are things about me, about who I am, that I hadn't noticed before. As I watched myself in the first episode, I noticed a huge flaw -- something terribly, terribly wrong. I wish I had noticed this before, because this flaw is unforgivable. It's tough for me to find the words to say this, but I must. The flaw was this: My delts look a little underdeveloped. I apologize to everyone, and I give you all my word that I will work harder to improve myself over the next few months. I believe it was Arnold Schwarzenegger (or was it Lou Ferigno) that once said: "A man with small deltoids, yes, he is a girly man." (or was it trapezoids. I can't remember.)
